Benchmark International is a Nepal-based experiential learning and facilitation company. We are not an adventure company that added training, and not a training company that added activities, we are a design practice.

Every program begins with a question about what should change, and is then built, deliberately, to produce that change. The environment, the activities, the conversations, and the follow-up are all chosen in service of an outcome.
